PEACE OF CONSISTENCY - 2

Dear Friend in Peace,

The serene sights and soothing sounds of beaches fill my heart with joy and peace. The consistency of those precious sights and sounds is a healing balm that pours over and into my being.

Beaches have always been a place of restoration for me. When life's challenges appear, and I start to feel out of sorts, uncomfortable or sad, I simply go to a beach and walk, walk, walk while absorbing and being healed by the continual ebb and flow of Divine sights and sounds.

Consistency is a blessing in many situations from brushing one's teeth, to using a turn signal, to choosing to show up for peace day after day after day. It's consistency that brings positive dental reports, safe driving conditions, and inner peace.

The more we show up to meditate, to breathe, to exhale, to walk peacefully, to simply sit and BE, the more peaceful we become and the more peace we bring into the world.

We show up every day and then every hour, and eventually, every breath, every breath as peace. No promises about the future, simply PEACE NOW. We choose Peace in this moment... and then... the next moment.

This photo from Caspersen Beach captures one of the serene sights found at beaches which have buoyed my heart and guided me home to peace. The day I photographed this miraculous sight, the soothing sounds of the surf gently and consistently created a lullaby for my soul.

May the power and presence of such serenity and magnificence guide us to show up like the tides, consistently, day in and day out with peaceful purpose.

"What I do every day matters more than what I do once in a while."
Gretchen Rubin

As we choose peace consistently, moment by moment, breath by breath, thought by thought, we become the PEACE we wish to see.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts, successes, challenges, and ideas for creating more peace in YOUR heart.
Thank you for choosing peace in your thoughts, words and actions. I welcome, encourage, and enjoy your comments and suggestions.

Yours in peace and love always,
Donna
