I choose this photo because its ripples illustrate the ever-expanding nature of peace; the more we nurture peace by returning to our hearts, the greater our peace becomes. Peace expands from within us outward to our families, neighbors, friends, community, state, nation and world. Peace is unstoppable, its ripples flow forth from within us to heal, soothe, bring compassion and bring love.
Ripples of peace from within each and all of us flow forth soothing, healing, bringing compassion, creating a world of love where everyone is honored, everyone is worthy, everyone is loved.
Peace and Justice flow together creating a world of loving kindness and compassion.

Inner Wellspring of Ever Expanding Peace
Dear Friend in Peace,
Peace is not a slogan, argument or headline. Peace is a way of life, a way of being which means consistently choosing peace over non-peace in all its tempting forms. Peace exists for us and expands as we choose peace moment by moment, hour by hour, day by day...
Any time we realize we are not peaceful, we can choose to reconnect to our place of ever expanding peace, our center of love, our wise and compassionate heart. No need for berating ourselves or some other form of misery, we simply allow the gentle wisdom of our hearts to guide and assist us in reconnecting to our heart's Inner Wellspring of Peace. Each time we dwell there, stay there, return there, we strengthen our ability to sustain and extend peace from the inside out.
Your Peace matters to everyone because it can change everything around you just as the Venerable monks on their Walk for Peace have shown us. Be the peace you want to see by staying connected to your heart. Long, slow breathing can be a profound blessing and path to peace available in every moment we are willing to STOP and simply BE. No thinking, no planning, no judging, no "OMG did you see what they did now?" Simply be present to your breath, your heart and your profound commitment to peace. The more you visit your heart, the more peace you will feel there. Place your hands on your heart, connect to your inner rock of peace, and thank your beautiful heart for holding peace, sustaining peace and extending peace.
Anytime we are not peaceful, anytime the world is too much, we could blame others, kick something, stomp our feet, yell or we can take our power and return to our Inner Wellspring of Ever Expanding Peace. Our minds will tell us stories of judgement and fear, our hearts speak compassion for all and love for all. Our hearts speak PEACE.
Take a moment now...
• Place your hands on your heart
• Breathe in slowly
• Breathe out slowly
• Focus on the sensations, silence, and rhythm within...
• Savor the energy and power of peace and love.
Affirm to yourself aloud or silently:
Peace is always present.
Every time I return to my heart,
Peace becomes stronger within me.
Peace is always present.
I am becoming Peace.
I am becoming Peace.
I am Peace
I
am
Peace
Thank you for choosing peace in your thoughts, words, and actions.
Yours in peace and love always,
Donna
