Notes to Sophie

Below are words I wrote for a young friend when she moved away.
Every day from September 3, 2013 until December 29, 2014, I sat in silence holding her tenderly in my mind and heart.
After a while, I knew what to write and then posted the words on Facebook.
These notes are some of what came through me for her which is why I call them Notes to Sophie. These are for you, my dear Sophie.

The messages and words have not stopped and so the collection includes the originals plus many new notes as well.
